ATRC Aging holds an annual Fraud Summit to provide information to help educate seniors on protecting themselves from scams, financial and other types of exploitation, how to protect themselves and what to do if they discover or suspect that they’ve been violated. Valuable information is provided by experts in the fields of law enforcement, the financial industry, and pharmaceuticals.
The summit usually takes place in June and event date and time will be published on our website and social media.
HELPING FAMILIES, HELPING EACH OTHER
We are our Area’s Single Source for the Aging and Disabled.
ATRC Aging manages programs funded by the Federal Older Americans Act as well as programs funded by the State of Alabama. Our responsibilities include serving as the area’s Aging & Disabilities Resource Center (ADRC), the entry point for long-term support and services available for seniors and those with disabilities, and facilitating a variety of home and community based services.
HELPING FAMILIES, HELPING EACH OTHER
Our goal is to help you live a quality life independently at home.
