Intermediate, experienced in core movements and wish to practice deeper principles of Tai Chi for arthritis & fall prevention
Tuesday & Thursday at 6:00 p.m. CST
Tai Chi Rehab
Each class will begin with a warmup, 30 minutes of Tai Chi, and a cool down session. There will be an optional 15-minute group conversation at the end of each class.
When registering you will select the class you wish to attend.
