Area seniors and the disabled can receive objective, confidential, and impartial advice on issues concerning their insurance. SHIP coordinators and volunteers can assist with questions about Medicare, Medigap insurance, Medicaid (Medicare Savings Programs), SSI, and Long-term care insurance. The SHIP program is a FREE insurance counseling program for Medicare beneficiaries.
